Roy Balboa ロイ・バルボア

The founder and current chairman of GAIL, he is an ambitious and powerful man, and Rod’s grandfather. Disturbed by Rod’s impulsive behavior, he places him in charge of the massive Austral Project, a key initiative that could determine the future of GAIL itself.

As part of the project, he brokers deals with world leaders and even succeeds in having Austral Island wiped from official maps. His influence stretches across global political and financial circles, and he’s willing to go to any lengths to realize his ambitions.
