Tougo Arai 新井透吾

A habitual offender when it comes to tardiness, absences, leaving early, breaking curfew, and illicit romantic liaisons, he is a troublemaker labeled a "delinquent" by those around him due to his appearance—featuring streaked bangs and piercings.

However, he excels academically and commands great respect; despite his antics, he possesses a charismatic aura and a nature that prevents him from ignoring anyone in need. He is also skilled at cooking.
