A first-year student at Furin High School in Class 1. Always lifting weights and never without his protein shake, Tsugeura possesses a bright and honest personality that makes all his friends admire him. However, due to his constant state of high energy, his friends can also find him to be a pain in the butt at times. A lover of "virtues" as a way of life, he asks everyone he meets for the first time about their virtues. He’s a regular at the Muscle Power restaurant and recommends their protein okonomiyaki.
