Tom Whisper Weathercock トム・ウィスパー・ウェザコック

A street photographer who travels around the world to film young people with potential. Knowledgeable in the cultures of various countries, especially of cuisine, there are times when he fails to pay attention to his job due to thinking about food (Especially his favorite food ramen). Harboring a strong sense of justice, and over the fact that he's seen a great many people consumed by conflicts, he feels deep anger towards those who would threaten peace.
