A thoroughbred named Mannenbilly, who's on a 30-race consecutive loss streak, is then rescued by a cat jockey?!
A trainer who takes care of Mannenbilly, an eccentric owner, and a cat jockey whose abilites are uncertain, but who is arguably the cutest in Japan, all aim for victory.
